Hello to all...this is our first time posting here. Here's our question:
We just purchased an HP computer, Microsoft RMS store operations, MMF media Plus cash drawer, and Ithaca, iTherm 280 receipt printer. We have everything going perfect, except that the printer doesn't print and the cash drawer won't open. Would someone be so kind and let us know what to do? We are suppose to open our business on May 3, 2006. The cash register is connected to the receipt printer I guess it looks like a ethernet cable, but it's not, and the receipt printer is USB. We need some help fast. Thank you so much in advance.
