I just installed RMS 2.0, with service pack 2 and hotfixes. The cash drawer does not open when you hit "enter closing amounts". It used to in RMS 1.3. The cash drawer works for everything else. Is there a new setting somewhere that I as missing?

In the store operations manager - Register - Register List - Cash Drawer1
1.Did you mention the OPOS name 2.Tick the option Cash Drawer one is enabled for this register.Hope this will solve your problem.
