I am running RMS v 1.2. I am using the QSC import tool. When mapping the fields, are they in the same order as shown in the example file? For the Departments and categories, do I use the Department name or the Department number. On another note- One of my manufactures began distributing their items directly. Is there an easy way to change the supplier who we get an item from?
