I have the need to install Signature / Pin pads at a new install with RMS 2.0 for Credit Card Processing with MPS / Gift Cards/ Debit Cards. The Customer wants to record signatures on file and also use the Customer Charges for employee charges or A/R. My questions are 1.) What hardware to use? It looks like most other dealers use the Ingenico
3010 or i6550. I want to use good reliable equipment.
2.) Will the unit store signatures to view on the journals? For CCards/GiftCards/Customer charges?
3.) will the customer charges for employees be able to store signatures for doing instore charges?
