InterStore Transfer nightmares

Please Help! When I create interStore Transfers from HQ they work just fine.



when i create interstore transfers from one store or another - they often don't show up at the store they are meant for. This is creating a HUGE problem. My partner wasn't able to solve it - it is a mystery?!!!



Yes we have the check boxes set at HQ - the ones that say automatically create inter-store transfer and automatically receive inter store transfer.



There has to be something else? I have tried running 401 request data uploads etc... no luck

Hi Jessica,

what version of RMS you are using ? this problem is existing in RMS 1.2 and earlier version of 1.3.

You can contact your vendor for this , and they can give you an updated patch of what version you are using.

As for me, the vendor give me an application that will re-open the inter store transfer (@ HQ) and then after issuing 401 to the receiving shop that particular inter store transfer document will be there.

If you want the application , I can forward it to you. But first , it is best to seek vendor's advice as they know your setup very well.
