Transfer Order Replication

Greetings ;)

I have an RMS setup with about 20 locations, and I find that usually when an inter-store transfer is created by one of them, it goes up into HQ, is replicated for the other store, and after they connect to HQ they have a copy of the transfer. Occasionally this "replication" doesn't happen, there's only the first "copy". I've tried (via SQL) deleting the copy and forcing a worksheet 401 on the "first" store, then on the "second" store to see if it works, but no dice.

It's not a placement issue, and I've compared the "non-working" one to other "working" ones in the SQL tables, can't see any difference. HQ is configured correctly as 99% of the time there isn't a problem. It's the 1% that this happens on that's really irritating.

Anyone have any advice, I'm open to about any idea....

HI YidMo, The transfer originating from Store A to be move to store B is possible when you have done some configuration part at HQ itself Hope you done that or if not check this below;

In HQ Manager> File > Configuration Make sure that Automatically create inter-store receive inventory order and issue inventory order are selected/checked

Make sure this if this is selected and still not working then we can check this in more detail.

I found that letting RMS create the transfer number automatically seemed to fix the problem you are having. We used to try to make the transfer number ourselves and ran into the same issues you are having.
