There was similar question 04-25-06, but it was for pos not rms My question is, how do i set up CCard using Built-in vital for rms. I did find admin-edc tab but there was no information about using the built-in function. please help. thank you

Follow instructions from both help files. The steps are:
1) Setup EDC in Administrator 2) Setup Tender Types for credit cards in Manager 3) Start POS, test a transaction for $1, refund that transaction. 4) Go back to Manager and test Settle EDC under Utilities.You're d> There was similar question 04-25-06, but it was for pos not rms
I am Still unable to setup credit card. I have Vital network with chase payment processor.

select 'preferred acquirer' from the list of processors.
In the EDC software list choose 'Preferred Acquirer credit/Debit Card Processing', then click on the Advanced Options button.
