I am quite frustrated over our EDC process. We have used 3 different merchant services providers (currently BofA) and continue to have problems. Here is what I'm currently dealing with. Any help would be great b/c I can't seem to get in touch with anyone that has an answer!
1.) We are receiving less than a 6 digit approval code from VITAL. We NEVER type in manually so I'm not sure what is happening. 2.) On more than one occassion our batches are lost and transactions are not seen by our merchant services provider. The cards have approval codes but Merchant Services never receive them and therefore it is not funded. We can't resend batches (that I know about).I'm beginning to think this is a Microsoft or VITAL issue since we have had this with 3 different banks (including BofA which I hear is recommended by most).
Any ideas?
