Is there a way to change the font and background on the screen

First you can do so through windows setting, 2nd why don't you use for her the touch screen button. Also use the theme it will work out with RMS.

I have an employee who has trouble reading the screen. She needs the fonts bolder and the background softer. Is there a way to do this?
