Hi Guys, if enough people report the message as SPAM, it will get removed and he'll have to create a new user name. Eventually he'll go away. We just need to be proactive and monitor it better. The last post had the same ad about six times and if you let a few get through they'll keep on going. For Google groups users, just look at the MORE OPTIONS link and then for the 'Report This Message' it will eventually get removed along with blacklisting their ip if they continue to SPAM.
