Scott, Matt is correct. The only way to legally obtain a used copy of RMS is to purchase the company that currently owns it in its entirety. If you are purchasing a company as a whole, you also acquire all of its assets, including RMS. I would say that if you want to try and circumnavigate this legal limitation, you may want to speak to Microsoft directly, though I don't know what they are likely to do for you.

Scott we have used hardware everything from cashdrawer to scanners to printer. We also sell RMS as mentioned RMS cannot be sold as used unless you buy the entire company lock stock and barrel.
