Make Internet Order Import Taxable or No-Tax

Hi, I am building an import feature for RMS using the YahooStore XML Template. Is there a way to set the sales tax on or off on the order. I see where to set Items taxable but not the order. Thanks Jamie

Jeff, I am setting up a internet site to work with RMS as well. I have my tax settings set to tax in state shipments and not tax out of state, but is there a way around the case when a out of state customer comes into my shop and wants to purchase a product. The till wants to not tax them because there shipping address is out of state but if they are standing here in my store they should be paying tax.

Add a shipping address to the customer for the store address. I don't remember any way to automatically do this unfortunately...
