Microsoft RMS and tax rates

I have a potential customer who wants to apply a tax rate to a customer, or or adjust the total tax rate to the entire sale. They do not want to have to go in and adjust the tax rate for every specific item at POS. How is this handled? Thanks...Andrea

Click on File->Configuration menu, in Sales Tax tab, select "Assign tax schedules on a per customer basis" option.
