I noticed that there are only 2 columns in worksheet 308, Items and Description. Shouldn't there be at least 4 columns?

You need to update SnapshotReorderPoint and SnapshotRestockLevel in ItemDynamic table for each selected item. Those fields are then sent to desired stores by 308 worksheet.
