Shipping Feature should have all of the major shipper (UPS, USPS, FedEx) built in.
It should also have the ability to link directly with the shipper internet communication with the ability to do automatic shipping cost calcuation for different shipping mode right from RMS. Just like the API link interface that is used with ecommerce website.
Lastly, make USPS tracking from RMS works.
