I have a client who purchased seven lanes for Retail Management Software ver: 2.0 He has four bonds where stocks are kept. Each bond stores items different from the other bonds. There is a single database for all of the bonds. He wants the billing clerks to be able to sit at any of the seven terminals and produce a single receipt which goes to the cashier and a copy of the receipt to go to the respective bond depending on the particular item being sold. If four items are sold (one from each bond) then only the item that the bond stocks should receive a copy of that particular item.
Is there anyone out there who may be able to either customize the RMS software to assign a windows printer to each item or alternately provide an add-on which can accomplish this task?
