I am using RMS 1.3.1 with sqlexppress 2005 , running on windows xp pro sp2.. Here is the thing I am using Z-reports, Custom Sale Reports , RMS Sales reports and even manualy pulling all values from database. Every day it comes up like about $ 6-8 over or short, sometimes it goes like $ 125 short . I can not control this everything seems to be fine, and cashiers are not taking anything for sure. Anybody had such a problem before and how to deal with it ?

Hi Jeff. I was out of country for a while ... So basically here is the thing.
We do not input any opening or closing amounts. NO work orders, NO layaways.
Basic procedures. Sell, Return, Void ...
And it is confusing, some time it is being short, some times it is over , but it is never the exact amount. We pay attention only on differences greather than $5.00 and there is always bigger difference.
