I have two transactions (in a row) that do not appear on the detailed sales report or in my Journal. I have the paper Journal copies, so the transactions DID happen. The Batch table includes both transactions and the daily Z was correct. The transactions appear in the Transaction table and the TransactionEntry table.
How could this happen?
I assumed that the detailed sales report pulled data from the TransactionEntry table. Apparently not, because it left these two out. What is curious is that the electronic Journal is missing. Apaprently there is something in common between the report and the list of Jounral receipts.
