Does anyone encounter the problem where receipt was skipped or missing in journal??There is transaction found in Transaction and TransactionEntry table, but when i view the journal in Store Operation Manager, i cannot find the particular receipt for that particular transaction!!All receipts b4 and after the transaction can be find!!Anyone have any idea y it is happen, becoz it cause my Z reports total sales is not tally!
