We have a number of transactions at one store where the 'FULLPRICE' in the TRANSACTIONENTRY table is greater than the 'TOTAL' on the TRANSACTION table.
Does anyone know how this might happen?

If the item was discounted for that Transaction, that would explain why the FullPrice is greater than the Total. FullPrice is the actual Price of the Item not what the item was sold for. To get what the item was sold for look at the TransactionEntry.Price field.
