Dublicate Transaction

Hi All

I use RMS 1.2 start from 28/5/2006 with 21 store so on 31/12/2006 we delete sales information from store and that transaction its start now from number

1 agin, the problem when i run detail sales report it's give me duble. and when I check the database What I find???? On transaction entry table i find old transaction for 2006 + new transaction for 2007 (20 + 40)` but the correct is 20 only??

Is there anyone fase this problem before and how I can fix?

on transaction entry table there are no date to select and delete?

Please Help me.

You have deleted transactions from RMS how? Because [TransactionNumber] are the primary key on [Transaction] table and foreign key on [TransactionEntry],[Journal] and other tables ...

You can delete the data from transactionentry by id field, the id field of transactionentry is autogenerated.it is also a primary key.try running query based on this.Try to get the sequence and then, delete from using it as a condition...

just an idea..it might help !

must not delete transaction. WHY did you do that??? You have access to RR Archive as part of your annual maintenance. You shoujld have archived out the previous year not to have this problem. I will have someone in our tech support contact you ASAP
