I just want to let everyone know that through this message board I have found a great Tech Support person in Jeff over at Check Point Software. His pricing is very fair, and he can work over the internet, without actually having to come to your location. I just wanted to let everyone know this in case you get stuck or have issues with RMS as I have had in the past. Not no more though...I have an awesome tech support person :) :) :)
