QB Support Experience

Just wanted to report a positive experience with QB Support. So many negative experiences reported, I think when we have a positive experience it should be reported as well. I had an issue trying to reinstall a QB 2005 Premier on my laptop in order to perform some services for a client. When I tried to install, the program failed on installation of the MacroMedia Flash Player version 7. I already have version 8 and couldn't get past the error. Called QB support, got India, of course, but the support tech solved my problem within about 2 minutes. Very good experience.
