Calling Microsoft Support?

Well, I think I am going to call in a support issue. This is the first time in two years. I am having an issue with getting my receipt 2 to print. I have done everything suggested, and when I press F4 I only get one receipt, even though both receipt templates are journaled. I Reindexed succesfully, but when I did Database Check, the computer would freeze up after 5 or 10 minutes, so I did not get this to go through...none the less,

I think you're single store right? Make sure that before you do a check, that all programs and/or machines are out of RMS. Sometimes you need to exit Admin after doing a re-index, then open Admin again and log-in again, then run Check

If multi-store, make sure to turn off HQ Client and HQ Server, then do your check.

Jeff, Thanks for everything...you have been a great help. I love to hear from you, along with a few other's on this board. I think in regards to this issue, I need to contact customer support, because I can't find a problem. I have done everything correct, and I will do what you have suggested just now :)
