Need data from supplier database on labels

Ted, RMS does not offer this functionality in its label designer. We have created a program called RITE Label that, among many other helpful features, offers a number of useful fields RMS does not, including MPQ and Supplier Reorder Number. I am in the process of designing a "BackTag" label, to be affixed at the back of a product hook. The tag contains information not found on a regular "PriceTag" type label. The BackTag needs to show the vendor CODE and MPQ to help the store personnel make up a PO to replenish stock. Those two items are located in the SUPPLIER database, but not in the INVENTORY database. When designing a label, the wizard only offers fields from inventory. I know it would be possible to put this data into "unused" fields in inventory, but then that would require entering some data twice, once for each database.

Is there any way to make the label wizard look in the supplier database to retrieve these fields, or am I stuck with having labels access only the inventory database? I've looked at the text file that describes the label, and it just contains the field name.

Thanks

Ted
