I need historical data for my academic research. Any helps will be very much appreciated.
I was not able to find it yet. Maybe, you can point to some free or paid services for this.
- I suppose that the information I am looking for is in the cash flow statements or detailed balance sheets of companies.
- I am interested in the steel industry and software and computer industry.
- 10-20 Companies from each industry would be fine.
- Data should contain material and immaterial expenses for R&D. I suppose any dataset which contains this particular information would provide any other information, too: Net sales, EBIT, etc...
- The data should start from 50's. In case that it is not available, any earliest is fine.
