Need to edit status.htm to show cust. e-mail

I have no clue whatsoever on editing the html files.

I've been asked to edit the status.htm file to instead of showing the custom text fields to show account number, customer name, and customer e-mail; the idea being that if the customer email is missing the cashier can see the empty field in the html.

If any can post what verbiage I need to dump on the status.htm file that'll take care of this I'd appreciate it. Better yet, if someone can point me in the right direction as to how I can learn a little about QSrules and these variables it'd be great.
