We have option on POS When cashier scan the item If item is new It notify the cashier saying ITEM NOT FOUND. But When We receive the inventory and I dont see this message. For exemple I received Bud light 18pk btl yesterday and We never had this item before. I asked my manger Did you feed this new item ? She say Yes But this is not new We have already in system. When I reviewed the inventory received items She scaned some related item because barcode was similer. I don want this happen again. So How I fix it ?
