I?m still having problems getting RMS to order in cases, items I sell singularly.
So far I have been able to order in quantities of single items i.e.: 48 instead of 2 cases.
What do I have to put where?to get this to happen????
I?ve paired all the single (child) items with the case (parent) but haven?t managed to guess at the proper configuration to make it work.
Any help with this would be great

Only order parents, never singles.
Set the reorder point for the child items to zero. Use the reorder point for the Parent items only. For example if you were selling cans of soda you would put the can reorder point at zero and the cases (parent item) reorder point would be the qty you want to stock. You must receive the item as a case (parent). If you do it this way, when you sell a child it will subtract 1 parent from inventory and add the child qty. Your reorder will key on the parent item.
Make sure the child qty is correct.
