Talk to Sunil in Dubai. He has integration to AntUSA OTB which is quite nice.

It is pretty slick and has an easy to use interface and integrates easily with RMS, But it is somewaht flawed in that it only goes to department level. for me that is amost useless. I need it to forecast at the category level for it to be meaningful/ useful, but it might work for you.
They used to offer a free download but I don't see it anymore...
Someone should build a kick-ass OTB planner....Please
