I do have Bank of America, but I have no clue as to how I set it up to work with the Microsoft RMS> PLEASE HELp

Contact BoA tech support and tell them you need to configure RMS. They will fax you the account information you will need to enter in the EDC setup. Be prepared to get transferred several times before finding someone who knows what you're talking about - I haven't tried BoA, but that's been my experience with all of the providers so far. This is the sort of thing your reseller should be helping with...
