I'm running Store Ops 2.0.0105. I generated a physical inventory by filtering a category & inactive = No, but not all of the items in the category were displayed on the count sheet. So the item that wasn't displayed on the count sheet didn't get counted and now my inventory is off again. Why didn't the item get added to the count sheet.
