POS screen

HI, My POS screen in minimizing on its own. It allows you to log in them in minimizes. It has also do it when idle. Can anyone help?

Hi - not sure if this is what you are talking about or not - but, there are 2 main anomalies when working with RMS SO side.

Issues:

1) POS will not launch 2) POS is stuck as minimized

Cause:

1) POS has been exited out of a lot, and the application 'hangs' 2) While POS was minimized, comp went to sleep mode

Resolution:

1) Ctrl+Alt+Delete> Task Mgr> Applications tab> Highlight POS> End Task> End Now> Don't send>

Reopen

2) Log in> If Cust List presents - Click Cancel>

If Sales Rep List presents - Click Cancel>

Right click on POS as minimized on the lower toolbar>

Select Maximize
