How can i print a seperate receipt or coupon receipt if a specific item is sold. Example Somebody buy a digi camera i want to print a coupon saying he is entitled to 50 free prints. Can these be done?

Hi. First, you can reprint a receipt with shift-F11. But if you want a special receipt that prints, especially if it refers to some type of point system, you need to have a customization done that fits the way you do business. You can contact me (and others that do this work) for RMS customizations. My email is snipped-for-privacy@jrdata.us.

Star Micro makes a receipt printer that comes with software that does what you're looking for. It completely customizes the receipt with the way you want it, and will print a coupon when an item(or items) that you choose(keywords) are found on the receipt. Same way as a lot of grocery/drug stores do it. I think it is model TSP100. When I need to get a new printer this is the one I'm going with specifically to get that program. Craig

I found the solutiojn for this, I created an item that will be a voucher item. Create a promotion and link this item that i wanted a coupon. It printed another receipt after the main item is scanned.

Thanks for the reply guys
