What does "Debit Surcharge", "Deposit Made", "Deposit Redeeme" referrs to in the Z Report?

Debit Surcharge: Amount of debit surcharge, Customers can receive cash back from debit card transactions. However, they may be charged an additional fee for this service. There can also be a surcharge for using the debit card.

Actually, Deposit Redeemed is used when a deposit in a work order is picked up and turned into a sales transaction. At this time, you get credit for the sale, but no cash is traded for the deposit amount, but the deposit is redeemed.
For example, when someone puts a $100 deposit on a $200 item, you get $0 sales, $100 deposit made. When the item is picked up and the customer pay the balance in cash, you get $200 sales, $100 deposit redeemed, and $100 cash tendered (included in the shift tender totals). This example ignores sales tax...
