I am assuming you are referring to serial numbers that you have created for voucher item.
To delete 'sold' voucher Serialized item, you can delete it from Store > What is the best and easiest way to remove expired vouchers from the > system?

Craig:
What we've done is this: We created a non-inventory item called closed gift certificates. We query the Detailed Vouchers report (under miscellaneous) to find the expired vouchers with balances. A couple of times a year, usually on the last day of a quarter, and before the business day begins, we go to the register and record a "sale" of Closed Gift Certificate for the balance of the first voucher and use that voucher number as tender. We go through all the expired vouchers one at a time just to keep it clean and have a paper trial. When we are done, we Z out the register...just so that our sales for this day are not inflated by the voucher close out.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
PS: we've created a cryptic Item lookup code just so there isn't any hankypanky at the register.

Thanks for the idea Tim. What I was really hoping for was a query that would do it in one swoop. If I don't get any other ideas yours is the best I've heard so far. Because I've let it go so long there is a large number that need closed out, if I have to do it manually it will take quite a while. Craig
