Recurring Invoicing

I have several clients that need to bill the customers the same amount each month e.g. equipment rentals, maintenance contracts etc.

Does anyone know of an add-on that would handle this?

Are you looking for something to create and complete a sale for you or are you trying to add the items to a sale en masse?

If the first, ask your reseller for an AutoSale document. It was originally designed to create practice data, but can be modified to create a sale. It is NOT supported by MS and they will NOT help. Your reseller should be able to customize it for you.

If the second, look at creating an Assembly ILC for group of items.

One example is a customer who rents equipment. Every month he bills customers an amount for the rental and this may go on for 36 months. Each customer may have a different amount but it is the same amount for that customer each month. I am looking for something like a work order that can be recalled for each customer and invoiced but then remain for the next month.

Can you tell me more about the Autosale document. I am a reseller but have never heard of it.
