Regarding RMS software Key

Hello,

I recently had to reinstall my pos system as well as my headquarters client. after the install i was looking through my keys (i have about 16) and noticed that the key for my headquarters client was gone. Does anyone happen to know how i can get my software working?

unfortunaly ms has my "old" partner listed so i had to send in a VAR form to have it updated. However, i have still had no luck. When i tried to log into the customer source website i am not listed as a "professional" so they would not give me access to it. I cant have my parnter add me because my actual parnter is not listed as the one in charge of my account. So im in a bit of a pickle. any other ideas?
