use wor4k orders and add notes, Create an item for repair say a per hour rate make the item non-inventory and bill accordingly. you can have the receipt print the notes with little customization

I would like a status indicator - so I know if we are waiting for parts, not repairable, person called.... Do you have a suggestion where I could put those for staff to see.
