We are looking for an add-on to RMS to enable us to track and bill jewellery repairs in a pretty basic way. Anybody know of anything suitable?

use wor4k orders and add notes, Create an item for repair say a per hour rate make the item non-inventory and bill accordingly. you can have the receipt print the notes with little customization
No add on needed
I would like a status indicator - so I know if we are waiting for parts, not repairable, person called.... Do you have a suggestion where I could put those for staff to see.
