report showing calender entries

Does anyone know of a report that's available that shows the entries in the calender function? Or possibly what I would need to do to create such a report. We use the calender for appointments, and it would be useful to have such a report. On the same note it would be nice if MS would make the calender more integrated with customers and POS. Craig
