Another Customer Report question

I'm using RMS 2.0.

Is there any way to pull a customer report that shows their shipping address? All I can find is a report that shows billing address.

I'm just trying to get some basic marketing done and what to find out which customers are purchasing which products, and to what address I can send them information on new products. Why is this so difficult for me to do? With all the information being captured in RMS, you'd think simple reports such as these would be available.

I looked through all my custom reports and partner source and unfortunately didn't find any reports that provide SHIP TO ADDRESS. If you like contact me and I can work with you to create a custom report.

Hi, Jeff, Thank you for this. But, I have to go into the Google Group to get the download (which is fine) but when I download, it brings it in as a .txt file.

I've downloaded other reports from the CustomerSource website ok, so I'm not sure what's go> S. Pike,

Reports have a .qrp extension. Open the report with notepad, under File choose 'save as' pick 'Save as type'= All Files. Choose the report that got saved as text and put a .qrp after the description. Then click Save. So the end result would be: myreport.qrp Craig

Jeff and Craig, Thanks so much for your help with this.

I viewed the newsgroup through Outlook Express and was able to download the report and have it work with no problem.

Thanks!
