Customer Report

Hello, I'm trying to develop a report which shows the profit margin for customers. I was going to use (Total Sales - Total Cost) / Total Sales. Does anyone know if there is a 'Total Cost' field?
All I can get is the cost for each item on the transaction...which will work but I'll have to do a bunch of grouping/sub-totaling. Even a total cost for transaction would work. Suggestions?
Thank you.

ScottM,
You need to think of it a little differently. Think of sales with costs that includes customer info.
Try the one attached for starters and modify the columns displayed, sorting and grouping it differently too.
Should work for your other post for a report too.
