I'm using RMS 2.0. All I want to do is pull a report that shows me which customers purchased a particular item in the last 2 years.
Anyone know if this is available, or if there is some convoluted way to get such a report?
It seems like a normal thing for a retail manager to want - especially if one wants to market something to a particular customer who purchases a particular item.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you!

Install our RMS Toolkit trial and select the free reports/templates option during installation. Run Manager and select Reports, Custom, Recall List. This will list customer addresses based on sales of item, description, dept, or category for the defined period.
If you will be doing this on a regular basis, consider our V.I.P. Zone add-in. Run this tool from the desktop shortcut and select Export tab. You can slice and dice your customer file any which way you'd like including bought X but not Y, then export the mailing list, email list, or print labels.
