Hi I'm using RMS V1.3 Refresh 1 with the hotfix and I'm having a problem where my customer history is missing. I have a cell phone retail outlet so my database is built on customers. When a phone is purchased let's say 2 months ago and this particular customer comes in for either another phone or have some repairs done and you go the customer properties......there is no history showing what that customer bought within the last 2 months.
Has anyone encountered a similiar problem, any help will be appreciated.
