error popup run time error 429

Hi, When I try to run RMS programs (administrator,Manager or POS) it pop up window saying that "run time error '429' ActiveX component can't create object". Does anyone know what wrong with it? How do I fix this problem? Thank you very much

Just reinstall the siftware. It will solve your problem.
