where do u go to reset the quantities to zero.

But you can just put a blank file in and since nothing is there everything will be zero after you save it. WOW! I thought I was the only one with inventory issues. Our partner does not speak English as a first language and we had many miscommunications from the very beginning. We too have 5000+ items in our inventory that we counted by hand. If I ran across an item that was not in our database, but obviously for sale in our store, I created the item and then I did a separate physical inventory sheet for them. I have not experienced any problems with our inventory being way off from the time of entering and time of committal. If I counted an item on the third of January, and I entered it today with the count date of 1-3, it appears that sales were taking into consideration. I have been working on inventory since 12-31-07. I still have a ton to learn, and seemingly on my own since the "training" we go from our partner SUCKED! That is another long story. We've had RMS since August and my boss is ready to put it in the dumpster and try Quickbooks POS. I think he wants to see my head spin!
