We had our system go down and lost the computer. We do have a back up from yesterday, Can someone tell me how to restore and reset all the defaults like taxs and Templates? Or does that all happen with the restore. How is the restore done?
Well I found help in Admin for a restore,
It says just go to create a new database and when I go to admin section it is all greyed out and I cannot connect. The last time I was at this point a few years ago I unconnected the original database incorrectly and ended up paying thru the nose.
