It's US based but the similarities to the current UK market and trends and scarily similar.

So I think we're going to wait it out for a few more months and see if things start to drop.

In my bit of Manchester, just South of the City Centre, there was some doom and gloom between September and the early New Year, but things are getting busy again, properties are selling again, and I wouldnt be surprised if prices continue to rise.

I remember planning for a market collapse in late 2000 and early 2001, and we all know what happened
