There is a training guide available ( I think it's around $100 - I haven't checked in a long time ) - unfortunately, it was intended to be the workbook that accompanies an instructor led training and is not that good as a stand alone resource (my opinion). It actually works OK in conjuction with the web based training.
The web based eLearning course is excellent (my opinion again) - we use it to train & certify new techs and highly recommend it to all clients. Not sure how it would work on a dial-up connection - I don't even have a regular phone line to test it on anymore...
RMS comes with a printed users guide and getting started guide, and PDF versions of both are available; however, the Online Help has essentially the same information - I've never tried doing a word by word comparison, but they seem awfully similar. Be warned however that the Help and users guides are not updated as frequently as the software and there are a few places (like Discounts) that are out of date.
Most resellers will offer some type of training - some will be better than others (I'm really bad at it by the way). That may be one of the things you compare when you start looking for a partner...
