RMS 1.3 Refesh Hotfixes Needed Please

Hi all,

I am currently running RMS v1.3.1002 (1.3Refresh) and don't have maintenance with MS or third party. The problem with this version is that the price being changed without notice. If someone willing to help, please email me at dcnm1999-rockryno(at)yahoo(dot)com.

Sorry, but I pay a couple of hundred dollars a year to have access to these hotfixes and you want me to give it to you for free? Ain't gonna happen. These fixes and updates are the whole reason to pay MS for support, whether you like it or not. I might sound harsh, but I get tired of people coming here and trying to get something for nothing, when those of us that do pay it can't afford it, and don't like it any more than you do.

They have an amnesty program going on right now to where you won't pay any penalties for not keeping up with your support. I suggest you take advantage of it since you do not want to be on that version(1.3.1002)at all. I'm not sure, but I think it will cost you around $250 to get up to date. Well worth it considering you can't trust any profit/loss reports coming from RMS until you do.

Right now MSFT has a thing going on were they are waving the late fees until the end of June. You can get your updates and get updated to Version 2.0 for about $210 a sales lane. Contact a partner to get it done. Also by getting the update right now you will be ready for the upcoming PCI compliance on July 1st. 1.3 is not a certified version.
